Power of attorney for submitting an assessment application

If you are submitting an application on behalf of a person with a foreign qualification, you must use the pdf application form and enclose a power of attorney signed by the person in question.

What must the power of attorney include?

A power of attorney must always include the following information:

  • Full name and CPR number of the person granting the power of attorney
  • Full name and CPR number of the person receiving the power of attorney
  • The area to which the power of attorney applies
  • The specific authorisation being granted
  • Date and signature of the person granting the power of attorney

He/she shall, on my behalf, handle my application to the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science concerning the assessment of my non-Danish qualification (act as my “representative”).

I am aware that all correspondence related to my application for assessment, including the assessment decision itself, will be sent to my representative, for as long as the power of attorney remains valid.

The power of attorney shall expire when the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science has completed its processing of the case. However, I may withdraw the power of attorney at any time by notifying the Agency.
