The Art of Writing a Proposal for Horizon 2020

On 12 June 2014 Dr. Sean McCarthy will give a course in Copenhagen where future applicants can learn about how to write a successful proposal for Horizon 2020. The course focuses on the most essential things one has to take into account when writing a proposal.

Sean McCarthy is one of the most experienced tutors in his field. Among other things Sean McCarthy will speak about what the evaluators particularly look for when reading a proposal.

The course focuses on:

  • how to write the very important but often weakest part of the proposal, the Impact part
  • how to streamline the writing of the proposal
  • the one page proposal.

Everybody who is going to write a proposal for Horizon 2020 and needs to improve or brush up their skills. It is relevant for research support staff, researchers, enterprises, etc.

Private consultants who offer consulting services in EU’s research and innovation programmes/H2020 cannot participate in the course.
