Sign up today for the National Space Conference 2023 – the place to meet all the other space enthusiasts in Denmark! We can accommodate 400 participants. The National Space Conference will be a unique opportunity to explore some of the most exciting and pressing topics in the field of space, as well as connect and catch up with fellow space enthusiasts and colleagues.
The conference will be opened by the minister for higher education and science Christina Egelund, who recently announced her desire for increasing public investments in space. The well-reputed former DR commentator, Tine Gøtzsche will once again guide us through the Space conference taking place on 9-10 November at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense.
The key note speech will be given by the US-based commercial company Planet – one of the leaders in commercial Earth Observation. Nina Ewerlöf, Vice President in the EMEA region will present Planet’s vision of how we may accelerate the use of space in the green transition.
The National Space Conference includes plenary talks from national and international experts as well as dedicated tracks and panel debates on topics such as European autonomy in space, space based green transition and commercial opportunities and much more. The six tracks will address:

- Space-based Green Transition
- Defense and Security
- Space Related Education
- International Cooperation & Commercialization
- Space science
The Ministry of Higher Education and Science, the Center for Defence, Space & Security (CenSec) and the University of Southern Denmark have joined forces to manage and develop the annual National Space Conference in 2023, and warmly welcome you to join the conference.
