With the two new videos EuroCenter guides future applicants in Horizon 2020 towards the successful application and highlights the importance and benefits of interdisciplinary collaboration.

Why is interdisciplinarity important?

The video focuses on interdisciplinary cooperation in Horizon 2020, why it is a priority and what you as a partner will achieve from collaboration with other partners across disciplines.

The film stars lecturer David Budtz Pedersen, Aalborg University Copenhagen, Professor Berit Heitmann, Parker Institute Frederiksberg Hospital, and Professor Liisa Lähteenmäki, Aarhus University. They give insights to interdisciplinary cooperation in Horizon 2020 based on their own perspectives and experiences.

How to write a successful application to Horizon 2020?

The video shares practical advice on how to write a good application for a research and innovation topic in Horizon 2020 where a consortium of European partners join forces to solve a specific societal challenge.

The video stars senior researcher Peter E. Andersen, DTU Photonics and professor and evaluator Phillipe Bonnet, IT University of Copenhagen. They guide you through three major challenges in the application process: The preparation, the writing process and how to keep the evaluator in mind.

The videos are produced by falke&blegvad for the nationwide network of advisors: EU-DK Support, which is coordinated by EuroCenter.
