Annual Report of the Danish Council for Research Policy

About the publication

The report contains recommendations that the Council believes are important to communicate to the Minister of Research and Information Technology and other decision-makers in the field of research policy. The Danish Council for Research Policy has chosen to concentrate on recommendation in two areas:

Firstly, recommendations on research policy priorities in relation to preparation of the Government's Budget for year 2000.

Secondly, the Council wishes to offer its advice on the future role and framework conditions of Government Research Institutes. In this area, the recommendations of the Council are of an overall and general nature, and the Council has chosen not to make recommendations at the level of individual institutes.
