New Ways of interaction between research and industry – turning science into business

About the publication

Denmark should measure up to the best in the world when it comes to interaction between the business and industry sector and the knowledge institutions. This was emphasised by the Danish Government in The Danish Growth Strategy published in 2002.

With the present plan of action the Danish Government presents the collective efforts needed to create a new and better framework for the interaction between the business and industry sector and the knowledge institutions in relation to research and innovation.

The objective is to strengthen the research conducted in Denmark while creating a solid platform for new jobs and revenues in the business and
industry sector.
