The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Higher Education and Science have in 2015 conducted the first aggregate evaluation of the six Danish innovation centres.

The purpose of the evaluation is to illustrate the extent to which the three main areas of the centres 1) research, education and innovation 2) commercialization of innovation 3) investment promotion, jointly contribute to an increased exchange of knowledge and collaboration between Danish institutions, companies and leading international science, innovation and business environments.

The evaluation shows that Danish educational institutions and companies benefit from the current Danish innovation centres in the USA, Brazil, Germany, India, Korea and China and additionally the centres help creating collaboration between Danish and local scientists, higher education institutions and companies.
