This report examines the relationship between research policy and research performance in a long term perspective in Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands. The report has been commissioned by the Danish Council for Research and Innovation-policy (DFiR) and carried out by a consortium consisting of CFA, Technopolis Group and NIFU.
