There is a limit to how much unspent funding the grant holder may have left at the end of a financial year. If an annual financial statement for a grant shows that the unspent amount at the end of the financial year exceeds this maximum limit, a revised disbursement profile must be drawn up for the grant - this is called re-budgeting.
- The maximum limit for unspent funding - also called the re-budgeting limit - depends on whether the grant is administrated by a Danish public-sector institution or another type of institution/enterprise. See the limits in 'Terms & Conditions for Grants' section 12.1
