The Danish Council for Independent Research: Call for proposals A2013 and S2014 +YDUN

As a result of the political agreement from 31 October 2013 on the allocation of the research reserve in 2014, the YDUN program targeted female researchers is hereby announced in this new version of The Danish Council for Independent Research's "Call for proposals A2013 and S2014+YDUN".

PLEASE NOTE: As announced in the earlier edition of the call, a new application system ”E-grant” has been implemented. The E-grant portal can be found at fivu.dk/en/fi/e-grant along with instructions on how to use the system. The call has been updated regarding the e-application system vis-à-vis:

  • Correct homepage link to E-grant has been placed under the “Application form and appendices” paragraph under the instruments offered for the spring deadline.
  • The appendix ”other project activity” under the instrument DFF-YDUN shall no longer be included in the application
  • Correct homepage link to E-grant has been added in section 3.1 “Application deadlines” and in section 3.2 “Requirements to be met before your application can be submitted for substantive consideration”
  • Adjustment of section 3.5 “How to apply to more than one council at DFF”
  • Section 6.2 “Support for the e-application system” has been updated regarding the introduction of E-grant
  • Appendix B “Guide to using the e-application” has been updated regarding E-grant
  • Section C.1 ”Entering budget information in the application form” has been updated regarding E-grant

The YDUN program is designed to strengthen talent utilization in Danish research by promoting a more equal gender composition of research in Denmark.

The call text about YDUN can be find in parapragh 2.16 in the Call for proposals A2013 and S2014+YDUN.
