How do I view a submitted application?
Upon submission of your application, the system will automatically create a combined PDF file of the application form and any exhibit(s). However, it may take up to 24 hours after submission before the PDF file is generated. You can open and download a PDF file of your full application from the application case function and under documents.
Can an application be withdrawn?
A submitted application cannot be withdrawn electronically. In order to cancel an application, you will need to contact the case reviewer specified in the notice.
When will I receive my application receipt?
You will not receive an application receipt in e-grant. If the application has changed status to "Submitted," this serves as acknowledgement that the system has received your application for subsequent review.
