How do I continue work on an application?
When logging into e-grant, the tab "Applications" will be displayed at the top of the page. There, under the item "In preparation," you can view a list of your active applications. Only active applications can be edited. Edit by using the arrow function under the column "Form link" on the application on which you wish to work.
How do I delete my application form?
When you log on to e-grant and have selected the tab "Applications," you will see a list of submitted applications, active applications, reviewed applications, and cancelled applications. Only active applications can be canceled.
You have to choose the relevant application case by pressing the titel link, and hereafter "Cancel application". The application has now been cancelled, and moved to the menu "Cancelled".
Does the "Save and continue" button save the entire application or only the specific section?
The "Save and continue" function in each individual section will save the entire application.
Can I have multiple active applications in progress at the same time?
Yes, you can. You can view all the applications to which you are a party at all times. Moreover, see the guide "Case participants' functions on the application portal", which you will find by clicking the link below.
Why was I logged out of e-grant—were my changes saved?
For systems security reasons, users will automatically be logged out of the system after 30 minutes inactivity. In order to protect against the loss of data, always remember to save the data you enter as you go along.
I created my application under an incorrect distribution. Can I select a new distribution?
You can start a new application any time before the application deadline. If you started an application for an incorrect notice, you will have to create a new application for the correct notice. You should note which notices applicants must apply for via the e-grant system and which ones through the electronic application system. Please see the list below which notices applicants must apply for via e-grant.
How do I print my application?
When logging into e-grant, the "Applications" tab will be displayed at the top of the page. Find the application you wish to print. Select the relevant application case using the title link and then either "Resume application" or "Go to form" depending on whether the application is active or has been submitted. You will be presented with two printing options.
- If you wish to print out only the form, select the function "Display entered information" in the function "Review application" section. Please note: Only completed sections will be displayed.
- If you wish to print out the entire application, select the function "View entire application" in the "Review application" section. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to the full PDF file—that is, the application and exhibits—which can then be printed out. It may take up to 120 minutes for the system to generate the PDF file.
