Where do I register as user at e-grant?
If you have NemID, you can log in directly by clicking the link below—there is no need to create a user profile. Anyone with a NemID is required to use this method to access e-grant.
If you do not have a NemID, you can create a user profile by selecting "Persons without NemID" in e-grant. Once you have created a user profile in the system, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided when you created the account. You will then need to click the link provided in that e-mail. When you log in, select "Send activation code." The activation code will be sent to the mobile phone number provided when you created your user profile in the system. Once you receive the activation code, enter both it and any remaining information.
How do I access e-grant?
In order to access e-grant, you will first need to create a user profile. If you have a NemID, you can log in directly. Anyone with a NemID is required to use this authentication system. If you are a non-Danish citizen working in Denmark or if you are Danish and reside abroad, you have the option of having a NemID issued to you. If you are experiencing issues logging into e-grant.dk with NemID, we recommend that you create a user profile in the system instead. Similarly, if you do not have a NemID, you will be required to create a user profile manually. See above for how to create a user profile if you do not have NemID.
Is it possible to give others access to my case?
Yes. You can award a other participants access to your case. For further instructions, read the question below.
How do I invite others to participate in my case?
You can grant others access to your case. After you have logged into e-grant.dk, you have to find your case under the relevant menu. Under the heading "Access to the case", choose "Add participant". Enter all necessary information, and press "OK".
The invitation code is a personal code, which you choose yourself. For security reasons the code has to be provided to the invited participant, by you personally.
