What do I do if I forget my password or my password does not work?

If you created your profile directly in e-grant and your password is not working, you will have to request a new password. You can request a new password by clicking the tab "Persons without NemID," the function "Log in with username and password," and then the function "Forgot password."
What do I do if I have created a user profile but have not received an e-mail about activating the account?
There may be several reasons why you have not yet received an e-mail with an activation link for your user profile. The most frequent reason is that the e-mail has been blocked by your spam filter. Your local IT administrator will be able help you locate your e-mail.
The e-mail will have been sent from noreply@fi.dk.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you receive your e-mail. If you have still not received a password after 24 hours, please refer to the guide "Login and user setup" below.
What should I do if my account is locked?
If you have entered your password incorrectly five times in a row, the system will lock your account. You will therefore need to request a new password. You can obtain a new password by following the instructions in the section above "What do I do if I forget my password or my password does not work?"
Can I change my e-mail address?
Yes. Log on to e-grant and click your name in the top right corner. From there, you will be able to change the e-mail field. Remember to save.
If you are not logged in through NemID, you will still have to use the e-mail address you registered with, when loggin in.
