SMS activation code:

If you do not receive an activation code when creating an e-grant user profile, this may be because

1. You entered your mobile number incorrectly.

2. You entered an international dialing code before the mobile number, e.g. 0045xxxxxxxx, +45xxxxxxxx or 45xxxxxxxx.

If you have not receive an activation code, please create a new e-grant user profile. Please note that the International dialing code must be selected from the dropdown menu and should therefore not be specified in the field "Mobile number."

My name says "Pseudonym" on e-grant:

If e-grant says "Pseudonym" instead of your full name, please contact NemID to have your personal data changed. Then, please contact the technical help desk at , which can update your user data so that they are displayed correctly at e-grant.

If you have downloaded a PDF version of your application before contacting NemID, the PDF will still display your name as "Pseudonym." You must therefore download a new version of your PDF application under the menu "Verify application."

I am unable to delete appendices:

The system is unable to recognise appendices with special characters in document names or titles. If you have attached an appendix with special characters, which you need to delete or change, you will have to re-attach the appendix without the special characters in the title.

Once that has been done, please contact the relevant academic council and make them aware of the issue. Make sure that you specify exactly which appendices the issue concerns.

Information is deleted when I click "Save and continue."

If working on an application form, the entered data might disappear when clicking "Save and continue." This only occurs if the applicant has entered the date '29 February' for a given year.

This is caused by a glitch in our software that is currently not taking into account leap years. You can circumvent this technical error if you instead adjust the two dates so that you are no longer using '29 February.'
