The legal basis for the processing of personal data
The Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education processes personal data as a part of the counselling on Horizon Europe. The Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education processes the information which you have disclosed via e-mail. By “information” we are referring to general personal data such as contact information.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the General Data Protection Regulation article 6, no. 1, schedule a. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data etc.
Storage of your personal data
We will store your personal data in the IT system of The Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education. The main purpose is to provide professional counselling and subsequently use it to contact you with regards to the event and other possible events concerning the same topic. Your personal data will not be disclosed to a third party. We will generally store your personal data up to five years from the day we receive your application.
The right to withdraw consent
You can at any time withdraw you consent. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the legality of how we handle your personal data up until the time of the withdrawal.
