Requirements for Proposal
COST funding proposals differ in many ways from ‘normal’ research applications.
Proposals for a COST network are subject to the following requirements:
- Submission by a group of applicants consisting of a main applicant (main proposer) and at least six co-applicants (secondary proposers).
- Participation from at least seven COST countries.
- Participation from applicant countries of which at least 50% are Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC).
- 100% anonymity. It must not appear from the proposal which persons are behind it.
