The Programme Grants Funds for:
- R&I-cooperation between stronger and less strong Member States (Teaming, Twinning and ERA Chairs)
- Enhancing the EU R&I system
- Support for National Contact Points (NCP)
- Other support measures to promote researchers from "widening" countries
