Turkey is a member of EUREKA and an associated country to the EU's research and innovation framework programme, Horizon Europe. Turkey's focus is on increasing its own national research and innovation capacity and on enhancing its opportunities to participate in Horizon Europe. This is particularly the case in the European Research Council, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, EU Energy Research Calls and Green Deal. The UFM is pursuing opportunities to increase bilateral cooperation under Horizon Europe and EUREKA with selected countries, including Turkey.
Denmark - Turkey
Turkey is among the 20 largest economies in the world and an active participant in international research and innovation cooperation. In 2014, the Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science (UFM) signed a Letter of Intent to explore bilateral research and technology cooperation.
