The report analyses what scientists, universities and companies in Denmark have gained from participating in European funded research and innovation projects. The analysis focuses on EU’s Sixth Framework Programme FP6) and EU’s Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).

The report consists of different analyses, which describe the effect of Danish participation in FP6 and FP7 from different perspectives. The report examines, among other things, the scientific impact of FP6- and FP7-linked publications, and the effects of the FP6- and FP7-projects for the participating companies in the long term. The report also compares the development in the Danish participation in FP6 and FP7 since 2002, shared among universities, technological institutes, companies and regions, respectively.
