Who will get my data?
The survey is sent by Epinion on behalf of the Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science. When the data collection for the survey is completed, Epinion will give your data to the ministry.

Why did I not receive the Learning Questionnaire?
The Learning questionnaire is sent to 118.474 full-time students in the Danish Higher Educations. Not all students are invited. The Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science send the survey to a smaller sample of each higher education institution to get results that are statistically representative on an institutional level.
Some institutions have wanted to get replies from all their students, and at the same time they are making an extra effort to collect the replies. On these institutions, the survey is sent to all full time students.
All students in regular higher education (that is, not part time students) will receive an invitation to take part in the survey. Uddannelseszoom. That means that you either reply to questions for Uddannelseszoom after you have answered the Learning questionnaire, or that you will receive an invitation to join Uddannelseszoom but not the Learning questionnaire.
What will my replies be used for?
Your replies will be used for statistics and analyses.
The educational institutions are not allowed to use it for specific case processing or following up on individual students.
Your replies will also be part of the re-calculation of a smaller part of the funding for the educational institutions as of 2023.
How long does it take to answer the questionnaire?
Usually it takes 15-20 minutes to complete the Learning questionnaire.
How long is the questionnaire?
There is approximately 80 questions. The exact number is dependant on whether your educational institution bought extra questions, and whether the questions about your study environment are part of the questionnaire. The last thing is up to the institutions decide.
Where did you get my mail adress from?
The Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science has upon request received your contact information from your educational institution. You can read more about the legal basis behind this on our subpage about data protection.
Will it even be used for anything?
Yes!
Your educational institution get knowledge about how you perceive and experience your education. That is valuable knowledge that the institutions can use to improve the eudcations.
The results from the Learning questionnaire will also be used to re-calculate a smaller part of the funding for the institutions in 2023.
Where can I see my replies?
You can't. Neither you or others will be able to see your individual replies. However, you can see your replies collected and aggregated with the other replies from the other students from your educational institution when they are published on the website of the Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science in 2019.
When will you make the draw for gift cards?
We will make a draw for gift cards in week 3, 2019. The winners will be contacted directly.
When you participate in the survey, you can choose to take part in a random draw about gift cards.
In order to participate, we need your mail address to contact you. Epinion will only use your mail address for the draw, and your mail address wil be deleted after the draw.
