Information meeting on Horizon 2020 FET-Proactive - Calls 2018

The Future & Emerging Technologies (FET) programme is about transforming advanced scientific ideas into radically new technologies for the future. This information meeting will focus exclusively on calls under FET-Proactive and will take place 12 December 2017 at DTU.

Future and Emerging Technologies (FET)

The Future & Emerging Technologies (FET) programme is focused on a unique combination of high risk, long term, multidisciplinary and collaborative frontier research. The programme consists of three complementary schemes: FET-Open, FET-Proactive and FET Flagships.

FET-Proactive fosters new technological paradigms through a set of complementary projects focused around specific proactive themes. The novel and non-conventional topics aim to:

  • consolidate a solid baseline of knowledge and skills
  • lead further research
  • create new multidisciplinary research and innovation communities, with the capacity to take-up Europe’s scientific and industrial leadership in new promising areas of technological development.

Output

By attending the meeting, you will learn more about how to prepare an application for the FET-Proactive call with deadline 22 March 2018.
A FET-Proactive grant holder will also present his experiences and an evaluator will offer information about the evaluation of applications.
