Finding your support request in Jira

A support request will automatically be created for you, when you write us an email.

Finding your Jira support request

  1. Go to Jira.
    Log in to your profile. (If you haven’t logged in to Jira before, a how-to guide can be found here).

  2. Click Requests.
    Then, click My requests.
    My requests

  3. A list of your support request will show up.
    Click Reference or Summery.

  4. Your support request will show.
    If you wish, you can add additional information to your support request.
