Finding your support request in Jira
A support request will automatically be created for you, when you write us an email.
Finding your Jira support request
- Go to Jira.
Log in to your profile. (If you haven’t logged in to Jira before, a how-to guide can be found here). - Click Requests.
Then, click My requests. - A list of your support request will show up.
Click Reference or Summery. - Your support request will show.
If you wish, you can add additional information to your support request.
