How to manually create a support request in Jira
- Click here to go to our service desk Jira
- Enter your Username and Password (click here to see how to create a user profile).

- Choose a subject that fits your request.

- Fill out the form.
Optionally, attach a file.
Click Create.
- Your support request is created with an Id.
If you wish, you can enter additional information to your request.
- When there are any changes to your request, you will be notified by email.
Click Log out to exit.
