Creating a user profile in Jira

A support request will automatically be created for you, when you write us an email. If you wish to access your support request, you will need to create a user profile. Please note that this is not necessary in order to get support from us. You can communicate with the support team via email.

How to create a user profile on Jira

 

  1. Click here to go to our support system Jira
  2. Click Forgot your password?
    Opret_password

  3. In the Username field, enter your email address.
    Then, click Email me.

  4. A pop up will inform you that instructions to reset your password will be sent to your email.

  5. After a few minutes you will receive an email with the subject Reset your password.
    Click the Reset your password link in the email.

  6. Enter a new password.
    Click Create.

  7. You will now be redirected to the Jira front page.
