Creating a support request in Jira

A support request will automatically be created for you, when you write us an email. You can communicate with the support team via email only, but you also have the option to create a support request in Jira manually.

How to manually create a support request in Jira

    1. Click here to go to our service desk Jira
    2. Enter your Username and Password (click here to see how to create a user profile).

    3. Choose a subject that fits your request.

    4. Fill out the form.
      Optionally, attach a file.
      Click Create.

    5. Your support request is created with an Id. 
      If you wish, you can enter additional information to your request.

    6. When there are any changes to your request, you will be notified by email.
      Click Log out to exit.
