Support via e-mail

When you write to , a support request will automatically be created for you in Jira. You can communicate with the support team via email only, but you have the option to view your support request in Jira, any time you wish. 

Creating a support request in Jira

Instead of sending us an email, you have the option to create your request directly in Jira. You have the option of communicating with our support team via email, Jira or both. You will be notified via email, whenever your support request is updated.

Deleting your Jira user profile

If you wish to delete your Jira user profile, please send us an email at . You will be notified via email, when your user profile has been deleted.
