Webinar: ESA's new Contracting Regulations

The webinar will introduce the most important changes and evolutions with respect to ESA’s old Regulations, including, in particular, evolving methods of contracting consisting of the introduction of Calls for Proposals without Procurement and the possibility to enter into Cooperative Agreements.

The webinar will provide economic operators with a concise introduction to the new ESA Contracting Regulations and the most important changes and evolutions with respect to the Procurement Regulations. A Q&A part of the webinar will leave ample time for dedicated questions by industry.

The purpose of the new Contracting Regulations and their Annexes (Implementing Instructions) is to regulate the Tender Process (as defined therein) for the execution of European Space Agency (ESA) activities and programmes, in accordance with the ESA industrial policy objectives set out in Article VII of its Convention and Annex V thereto.
