Don’t miss the most important space conference of the year in Denmark!

One of the hottest topics on the 2024 National Space Conference will be the upcoming strategy for space research, innovation, and technology from the Minister of Higher Education and Science. A strategy that may become the framework for Denmark’s engagement in the space sector for the next 10 years

The Space Conference 2024 takes place on  26 - 27 November and on the first day, you will have the opportunity to hear ESA's Science Director, Carole Mundell, deliver a keynote speech. In the afternoon, participate in splinter sessions on Earth Observation, Space Technology, Space Science, and Entrepreneurship.

The program is continuously being updated with new speakers from Denmark and the European Space Agency (ESA). Most recently, we have added Denmark’s ESA astronaut Andreas Mogensen and Luca del Monte, Head of the Commercialisation Services Department at ESA. We also expect to announce soon a speaker who will focus on the EU and the space sector.

Since the initial announcement, the price for attending the conference has been reduced to make it easier for everyone interested to participate. You can also sign up for a dinner on Tuesday evening, which will feature space-themed entertainment.

The 2024 National Space Conference has been upgraded with a workshop on the second day on how  ESA's mandatory programmes can help you move from idea to prototype or first study. This is the first  workshop in Denmark on the many possibilities for early technology developments and studies with the support of ESA experts. If you register for the conference, you are automatically signed up for the workshop.
